Economic Development Queensland (EDQ) works collaboratively with state and local government, the development industry and the community to:

  • identify, plan and deliver residential and industrial property development and urban renewal projects across Queensland
  • plan and develop vacant and under-utilised state-owned properties in South East Queensland and regional cities
  • develop, sell and lease residential land and industrial real estate throughout Queensland
  • act as a master developer for precincts with several owners.
