The role of women in manufacturing is showcased through our series of networking-style breakfast seminars.
The series is designed to highlight the importance of mentoring the next generation of women in the manufacturing industry and establish supportive networks. It's also a key initiative of our advanced manufacturing action plan.
Each seminar consists of a panel of three prominent women from the manufacturing industry. The panel discusses topics like the evolution of manufacturing and the importance of women in the industry's growth. The series is also a forum to encourage and support new entrants into this important sector.
The seminars are aimed at women working in the manufacturing industry and female science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) students, however, entry is open to women and men.
