The renewal of the Rockhampton central business district (CBD) is a priority project under the Queensland Government’s Advancing our cities and regions strategy and a catalyst project in the Rockhampton Regional Council’s CBD Redevelopment Framework.

The joint venture between Economic Development Queensland and Rockhampton Regional Council will transform an underutilised parcel of state land in William Street into a vibrant precinct with an eight-storey, 47-unit development, which is designed to complement the nearby Schotia Place building, heritage areas and market lanes.
