Assessments and approvals

Assessments and approvals of infrastructure projects, including environmental, social and economic impacts.

Coordinated projects

Projects of economic, social and/or environmental significance to Queensland. Proponents of many of these projects are required to prepare an environmental impact statement (EIS), which is evaluated by the Coordinator-General.

Compliance

Monitoring and enforcement of compliance with the Coordinator-General's conditions of approval for infrastructure projects.

Social impact assessment

Proponents of coordinated projects are required to assess the project's social impacts.

Economic impact assessment

Proponents of coordinated projects are required to assess the project's economic impacts.
